How is time management affected by these personality scales?
Personality traits affect time management in various ways. High detail-orientation can cause a person to paralyze themselves with analysis. A salesperson with a high need to nurture often spends too much time with prospects or customers. And, a low goal-orientation can make time management matters worse when combined with other traits. This report output is found under the Coaching output area and is intended to provide special insight into a personality to improve time management, reduce stress, and direct a person to the most compatible job duties.
